One Response to “Exercise and Meditation Workshop”
From AFM-X (Absent Family Member-Xeno):
For my Family.,.
(MIND)
1) Stand in a circle formation. Join hands, finger-tips just touching finger-tips with the member either-side of you. Close your eyes. Picture in your mind a transparent sphere hovering high above your head; it is the size of a hot-air balloon. From inside the sphere there is a black inky substance, at first it is a speck but it is slowly expanding, growing. Picture it as it expands, passing through and enveloping the sphere, then yourself, then all those around you. Open your eyes when all in the group are fully enveloped by this dark matter.
(Length approx 6 minutes)
(BODY)
2) All stand in a line approximately 50cm away from the next member. Member 1 falls backwards, member 2 catches their fall, then member 1 and 2 fall backwards in unison, member 3 catches their fall, member 1, 2, 3 fall backwards in unison and member 4 catches their fall. Continue this sequence until the last person then falls back and the group all fall to the ground together (like a pack of dominoes). Stay together on the ground for 2 minutes with eyes closed.
(Overall time dependent on family members present)
(SOUL/OTHER)
3) Speak aloud the name of your mother-brood (mothers’ name), you and all other members then repeat this name 6 times in unison, the first calling is a low-whisper, the calling should become louder each time, ending in a deafening shout. The next member then goes through the same process. Once all mother-brood names are given, then the first person speaks the name of their father-brood (fathers’ name), you and all other members then repeat this name 6 times in unison, this time starting from a deafening shout and ending in a low whisper.
(Time dependent on family members present)

AFM-X
